the challenge

The implementation of lighting for modern office spaces in a historic industrial building required a careful balance between design, functionality, and respect for the original architecture of the property. The goal was to create an inspiring working environment that meets current requirements for comfort, visual quality, and energy efficiency, without compromising the industrial character of the space.

the solution

The lighting design was based on clean lines and a minimalist appearance. The artificial lighting was implemented using modern LED luminaires with direct-indirect light distribution supplied by LEDVANCE. The DALI-enabled luminaires allow flexible lighting control, while the customer independently managed the control system and its logic.

The luminaire design complements the industrial character of the interior with sensitivity — exposed structures, high ceilings, and original materials remain the dominant elements of the space. The result is a harmonious combination of historic architecture and a modern lighting solution that not only meets the functional requirements of an office environment, but also enhances the unique atmosphere of the entire building.
