● When converting a fixture from Type A to Type B and emergency back-up is desired, failure to change the existing emergency back-up to an inverter-type emergency driver will void the warranty.
● Emergency back-up ballast that operates with fluorescent ballast must be disconnected from the lamp while DUALescent operates in type B mode, failure to do so will void the warranty
● For proper use, installer must consult the ballast compatibility list to ensure that the lamp and ballast combination is deemed compatible and will operate as intended. ● Normal cosmetic or superficial damage, normal aging, scratches, stains, dents, or exterior fading. The paint finish on the Product is not covered by this Warranty.
● Accident, fire or exposure to any other hazard (including extreme electromagnetic field or any acts of nature such as earthquakes, tornadoes, floods, biological infestations, lightning, etc.)
● Use of the Product with software or parts not provided, approved, or specified by LEDVANCE.
● Any other causes beyond the control of LEDVANCE.

This warranty does not apply in the event of conditions demonstrating abnormal use or stress, including under/over voltage/current conditions, power surges or spikes, excessive switching cycles or operating hours, or outside the following recommended operating conditions:
● Warranty period is based on typical 8,760 hr./yr. operation on a continuous cycle of 24 hours.
● Do not exceed the Tc point (or case temperature) specified in the product specifications for warranty as set forth above.
● Measures must be in place to prevent lightning strikes or transients at the input of the power supply if intended to operate above the rated transient protection of the power supply.

Notes:
1.  This warranty is conditioned on the SubstiKIT DC Driver control point temperature driver  (Tc) not exceeding a maximum operating temperature of 75°C. The control point for the LEDMAGBAR DRIVER (Tc) is to not exceed maximum operating temperature of 90 C. Operation in excess of this maximum operating temperature(s) for each product type will void this warranty.
2.  De-lamp is allowed by only 1 lamp (for example, 3-4 channel driver can de-lamp to 3 lamps or 2 channel driver can be de-lamped to 1 lamp).
3.  Tubes/bars of different lengths should not be mixed to operate from a single driver.

6.  These LED lamps require an external driver and are intended to be used with LEDVANCE branded direct-current drivers included in this specification as 7. UL Approved Type C System. They are not interchangeable with older models.

1. Occupancy sensor application, 10 minute/start minimum, allowed with QUICKTRONIC PROStart® and with QUICKTRONIC ICE ballasts.
2. OCTRON SUPERSAVER® bi-pin lamps operate on many of our QUICKTRONIC® T8 electronic ballasts, see specs for details.
3. QUICKTRONIC, Professional Series and High Efficiency Series including all IS, PS & DIM models where applicable.
4. Labor options must be pre-approved by LEDVANCE. Any labor option or cost that is not pre-approved will not be eligible for reimbursement.
5. QUICKTRONIC ballasts and ICETRON lamp warranty period allows up to 8760 hrs per year (continuous operation).

7. QUICKTRONIC MH and HPS ballasts warranty is 36 or 5 years, depending on maximum case temperature. Refer to product specifications for details.
Electronic HID system warranty period is based on a minimum cycle of 10hr/start up to a maximum operation of 6,000 hours/year.
